This charming set includes a long sleeve, scoop neck crop top with a laceup front. It also includes a "flip skirt", which is a circle cut skirt with a fully lined hemline, for a flip of color on the underside when you whirl or twirl.  The set is peacock blue holographic, with black mystique ties at the bodice, and a black mystique waistband and skirt lining.
